About the artist
Amy Lenton is a British artist and illustrator known for her expressive and vibrant line drawings that capture the character and charm of urban spaces. Working primarily with fine liner pens and watercolour, Amy’s art blends sketchy lines with fluid colour to depict streets, buildings, and cityscapes with energy and warmth.
After earning a BA in Fashion Accessory Design from Nottingham Trent University in 2014, Amy spent several years immersed in the creative energy of East London, working in fashion marketing. This period sharpened her eye for design and detail, influencing the dynamic style she brings to her illustrations today.
In 2023, Amy completed an MA in Illustration from Falmouth University, further honing her artistic voice. Now based in Leicestershire, she works from her studio, drawing inspiration from both her local surroundings and her travels.
